For Snowflake Gelato, their previous tech stack had become a barrier to growth. While the brand was expanding, their back-of-house technology remained “very basic” and lacked the reporting capabilities required for a scaling business.

  • Mobile-First Adoption: While any change takes time, the store managers have
    embraced the new scheduling functionality, finding it more informative and easier to
    use as they get settled into the platform.

With the foundation now in place, Snowflake Gelato is prepared for the busy Spring season.
By removing the administrative burden from the Finance and Operations teams, the brand is
now free to focus on what they do best: delivering award-winning gelato.
