Overtime Rules

Employees who earn less than 1.5 times the minimum wage are eligible for overtime pay at 1.5 times their regular rate of pay for work performed over 8 hours in a 24-hour period or over 40 hours in a work week. Employees who earn more than 1.5 times the minimum wage are eligible for overtime pay at 1.5 times their regular rate of pay for work performed over 40 hours in a work week.
