Our Fair Workweek impact survey was mentioned in Credit Suisse’s US Restaurants Report: 21 Themes for 2021!
In a March 2020 study conducted by workforce management software platform Harri among operators representing 5,300 locations & 45,000 employees regarding predictive scheduling laws:
- 37% of operators saw labor costs rise by 3-9%
- 41% of operators reduced employee hours
- 65% of operators do not have sufficient technology to manage compliance
- In response to scheduling legislation, 12% of operators eliminated jobs, 37% crossed trained employees, and 41% reduced employee hours
