Last week, the BII hosted the National Innovation in Training Awards (NITAs) which recognised the very best innovation in training, apprenticeships, and wellbeing programmes alongside outstanding individuals in people development.

It was an honour to sponsor the event and present the award for the Best Training Programme: Managed under 50.
