Our Hospitality compensation Report was referenced in QSR Magazine! Amidst a massive labor shortage, our survey of 7,000+ employees and 100+ enterprise operators found that hospitality’s workforce is still fleeting.

• 52% of employers raised employee pay between two and three times in 2021 (not related to minimum wage increases)
• 52% of employees were planning to change jobs to achieve a pay raise
• 20% more hourly workers were paid over $15/hr at the end of 2021 compared to the start of the year
• 61% of salaried workers were paid between $51,000–$61,000-plus annually (a 5.1 percent increase from the beginning of the year)
