The Fight for $15 Minimum Wage

The fight for a $15 minimum wage has been a long time coming. Although the government has been slow to meet this mark, many states have taken steps to raise the minimum themselves. Our survey results indicate that despite obvious benefits, in order to compensate for pay hikes, restaurants are forced to reduce employee hours, raise menu prices, and even cut jobs.
