Refresh to be Fresh: Revolutionizing Recruitment at Scale
Subway’s slogan extends far beyond the brand’s commitment to innovating a delicious menu of footlong sandwiches. 2024 was a year of refreshing recruitment as Subway’s Independent Purchasing Cooperative (IPC) partnered with Harri, powering talent acquisition for over 22,000 locations across the US and Canada. From visiting IPC headquarters to attending the Subway Global Convention in Las Vegas, Team Harri was thrilled to collaborate with Subway this year.

Cutting Through Compliance Complexity
Between minimum wage increases and stringent employment regulations, 2024 brought new compliance complexities to both sides of the pond.

 

In the U.S., we provided our customers with tailored resources for the ever-evolving legal landscape. We launched a state-by-state minimum wage guide as well as a quarterly compliance advisory (check out Q4’s here!) to keep operators up to speed. We also supported our UK payroll clients through April’s wage compliance increase, ensuring they stayed ahead of changes that impacted their bottom line. 

Bold Innovation to Drive Exceptional Results
Giving our customers a competitive edge is always top priority, so our product team had a busy 2024, delivering innovative features to drive optimal performance and profitability. From enhancing Harri Engage to launching the new Advanced Talent Pool, we introduced 250+ product updates and features to the Harri platform. We’re also thrilled to have teamed up with Wagestream to provide Earned Wage Access, budgeting tools, and financial education to frontline employees.
