Scheduling Laws Drop A New Cost on Restaurants, Study Finds

Our 2019 Hospitality and Food Service Wage Inflation Survey was featured in Restaurant Business Online! We found that a few positives are coming out of the rise in minimum wage and incoming scheduling laws. 26% of respondents reported better staff morale and 16% reported a rise in staff turnover. However, 41% reported they had seen no change in employee satisfaction. Regardless, restaurant managers have to remain compliant and that can be difficult. Read the full article here.
