A Breakfast of Champions: HR Hospitality Leaders Roundtable 

Last Wednesday morning, our Broadway headquarters transformed into a hub of HR innovation as we welcomed the HR Pros In Hospitality (HRPIH) community for an intimate roundtable on high-volume hiring. While Harri CEO Luke Fryer cooked up breakfast, industry leaders from ADP, Los Tacos, Empellón and other top NYC hospitality brands gathered to tackle perhaps the industry’s most pressing challenge – finding and keeping talent in an era defined by AI, Gen Z expectations, and economic uncertainty.

The conversation flowed freely between the 15 HR leaders who shared candid insights about what’s actually working (and what’s not) in today’s challenging hiring landscape. From leveraging employee referrals to reimagining benefits packages that resonate with younger workers, the roundtable format allowed for honest exchanges about real-world solutions. As the morning unfolded, connections were made and the collective wisdom in the room offered everyone practical takeaways to implement immediately.
